Day Camp For Kids (9-11 Years) - Irving Nature Park. 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday to Friday. Irving Nature Park, Sand Cove Road, West. School is out, but the learning continues as kids can explore the park through hikes, games, crafts and other activities. Children must register prior to camp. Space is limited, so call today to book a space. As with all park events, this service is provided free of charge. Friday, July 11: Salty Blues - Water Trout. Those of you who have already seen Walter Trout and the Radicals already know what the rest of us are in store for. His first time performing in Saint John: you won't want to miss this! Fan favourites Jimmy Swift band bring their finely tuned energy to surf city once again. Tickets: $30.

Saturday, July 12: Salty Pop - Sloan Hot on the heels of their new release, Sloan brings their infectious pop/rock formula to the main stage on Long Wharf in what is sure to be one of the "must see" events to hit the city in years. Learn To Draw Each Saturday 1 to 2 p.m. Michaels Arts & Crafts, 80 McAllister Drive.
